Madison Valley Expeditions Reservations/Terms & Conditions

We encourage you to make reservations as far in advance as possible in order to reserve the date you want. Specialty tours may have cut off dates for making reservations. 



A one-third non refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to 
Madison Valley Expeditions reserves the right to cancel any trip for purposes of safety and security at any time. We also reserve the right to not serve or preclude participation of any person who is determined by our guide to be unsafe or disruptive to the public. Under all circumstances, when Madison Valley Expeditions cancels a tour, all payments received will be refunded to guests affected. We do recommend you obtain travel insurance. 



Safety is given highest priority; however, with any activity are inherent risks. Our clients are required to sign an Acknowledgement of Risk form. 



Gratuities are not built into our rates. They are appreciated but are not required. Gratuities represent a significant portion of a guide’s income, but we believe they should be given as a reward for special service. While any "tip" is, of course, appreciated, amounts representing 10 to 20% have been the average.
